Noy Hayes
A strategic communications and marketing professional, Noy leverages her writing, project management, and public outreach skills to develop messaging and materials that support ASC’s marketing and proposal efforts. In her work at ASC, Noy helps translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content for audiences across New York State and the country working on energy, transportation, and economic development projects.
Noy’s notable experiences include:
Successfully managing winning proposals that support business growth and deliver strong ROI
Developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, including NYPA’s ReCharge NY, Blended Power, and award-winning Smart Street Lighting NY programs
Leading and supporting high-impact public outreach campaigns, including HNTB-Amtrak rail engagement and award-winning #NewRoConnects and Rockland County affordable housing initiatives
Contributing to federal and state communications efforts, including FMCSA’s DataQs and CDL programs and NYSERDA’s innovation storytelling and State Energy Plan
Directing large-scale event and outreach initiatives, including MWCOG’s Bike to Work Day and multi-stakeholder engagement efforts
Managing award-winning digital and thought leadership platforms, including NYMTC social media (Stevie Award), ascRemote’s 21 Trends for 2021 blog series, and ASC’s Mercury-winning Intersections content series
Noy is a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communication and History, with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. She also holds an M.S. in Digital Marketing and Design from Brandeis University. When she’s not working at ASC, Noy spends quality time with her husband and child and enjoys dancing, drawing, playing board games, and watching television and movies with friends and family.
