Hailey Podell
Digital Trainee
Hailey recently graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a B.A. in Strategic Communications and a minor in Sociology. She is passionate about making meaningful differences in society and using creative outlets to do so that push people to act on change. As a Social Media Intern at Volna Unalign, she developed tailored content strategies for restaurants, sports teams, and campus organizations by analyzing and targeting demographics, audience behavior, cultural trends, and scheduling/coordinating content optimized for online engagement across platforms. As the social media manager of The Flourish Collective’s social channels, she developed strategies to grow their platforms and spread their racial equality initiatives that aligned with both the organization’s goals and audience engagement metrics. She enjoys hearing from all perspectives and working with peers to gain the best, most unique, and most creative product possible. Outside of work, Hailey loves to create and learn dances, spend time with family and friends, thrift, and explore new and exciting activities to try.
I am so excited to join ASC because I feel like this company truly cares about making positive changes and taking action to do so using strategic approaches. ASC works as a team to advocate and be a voice for their community.
